I find many of the shows to be very calming & soothing. 
They almost have me loving myself!!!!!!!!  Imagine that?  A wretch like me, loving myself ?!?!?!?  Now, that's Amazing Grace.

[Gaining Strength]

I listened to a couple of shows today and enjoyed them.  Thanks for posting this thread.  I had looked at that site before but never listened in.  So glad you suggested it.  It is pleasant to have on.  I like having a little "company" while I work and it is much better than the TV.  I think I'll go see what they have on now.
