Hey all
« on: May 29, 2009, 04:58:25 PM »
I haven't posted for a long time I thought I"d stop in and say hi.  I wasn't sure the board would still be here, but I'm happy it is.

Things are going pretty good for me.  I'm mostly NC with my family.  Totally NC with my brother.  I still have very limited contact with NM because I have to get the rest of my stuff out of her house and into my house.

My partner and I are celebrating our 15 month anniversary today.  I don't get the month celebrations . . . but she seems to like them.  I have some doubts about us sometimes, but overall we're pretty happy.  We're talking about having a baby.

I'm still seeing my T and I'm working on positive thinking.  Just wanted to stop by and say hi.

Hi Tayana,

I dropped by your blog not more than a week ago for I was wondering how you were doing.

How's the little dude doing?  I remember the first Christmas tree in our new place pictures from about (oh gosh has it been that long) four years ago.

Don't make yourself scarce!

Hey Tay,

I'm glad to hear from you too.

I hope your partner is loving you, being mature, acting like an adult mate, sharing the load of your lives (and NOT being a disciplinarian to your son, which is never her place).

Do you visualize what it would be like with her, with a baby on board?

If the vision is happy and healthy and feels real, good on you.

I worry a little. Sometimes I feel that people who demand celebrations of extra "anniversaries" are kind of insatiable. Or craving more attention and devotion than I could give without great stress.

Check in with yourself, deep down, and ask your most honest and self-respecting inner voice to present you a true picture of year on year with her -- being the exact person she is now, but under more stress.

Truly, emotionally, how does it look? Feel?

Only you have the answer.

love,
