How to positive self talk?

Use discomfort instead of pain.
Use annoyes me instead of hate.
Use How can I habdle this, instead of I cant hundle this.
Use how can this be possible instead fo this is impossible.

As you find yourself mentally complaining about something, rethink your assumptions.

       For example, having your plans cancelled at the last minute can be seen as a negative, but what you do with your newly-freed schedule can be    what you make of it. Stop and rethink, and see if you can come up with a neutral or positive replacement.
When making positive affirmations, be sure they’re positive! This means saying what you want to see and experience, not what you don’t want to see and experience. For example, instead of saying, “I don’t want to feel stress,” or even, “I’ve stopped feeling stress,” use, “I’m feeling peace”.

Any more ideas?

ximum Strength Positive Thinking tells you what to say when your mind talks to you, and what to say when you talk to your mind.  You have a lot of things to discuss with your mind, and Maximum Strength Positive Thinking tells you what you should be talking about.

Positive self-talk can shift your attitude by changing your beliefs on a subconscious level. If you focus on a certain belief long enough, eventually the message will get through.
The benefits of a possible attitude are endless. You’ll enjoy having less stress in your life and more to achieve. You’ll feel happier. And it all starts with positive self-talk.
While you’re working on improving your attitude, look to affirmations for help. For example, if you truly want to have a great day, tell yourself that you’re already having a great day and believe it. Affirming the positive welcomes even more positive things into your life. With all this positivity, at some time or another, you’ll realize that your negative attitudes are gone for good!

I'm so happy to think of you doing this.

Any woman strong enough to become a doctor in a second language can definitely change the language running in her own mind.
