telling wasn't bad or wrong:
telling was good.
When someone is sick, like your Dad, it helps to tell on them. How?
Because they might just get help for their sickness, and/or it might help others not get hurt by them. But most of all it helps you to tell the truth.
Not everyone likes the truth (your Dad) but that's tough for them. Tough!
You have as much right to exist as anyone else. Sometimes we all have to fight to exist and live. It doesn't mean we're bad: it means other people have maybe made us feel bad.
But just because they made us feel this way - doesn't mean we have to accept that. So, in a way, we're fighting ourselves (the bad Dad in our heads).
Please B -
don't be scared of the Bad Dad in your head. He can't hurt you there unless you let him. Please don't let him. You can do it. You can stand up for yourself (I've seen you do it before

).
Who did you tell and what happened? I hope they believed you. I hope someone listened to you and understood just how wrong your Dad was. Did they? (sorry

i can't remember if you told us...)
