Can you help me find a mantra?

(1/3) > >>

Lupita:
Dear Friends, how canI find my mantra?

Do you know if there is a mantra for everything we want to achieve?

If I want to project an image of peace and joy whatcould be my mantra?

If I want to stay calmed and serene, what would be my mantra?

I am working on my voice, too charged and to loud, I want to have a calmed voice.

Any ideas?

Thank you fiends.

Hi Lupita:

I answered your question in an IM.

So glad to see you're back: )

Well, recently I have been saying to myself these ones, they are relevant to my life I guess and are more about just getting through the day/week/month/year:
I think you know what your mantra is because it makes sense to you.

Those things are all in the past

I'm leaving the past behind

That was a long time ago

Make it simple

Go and find out

I'm allowed to take a break

Waking up early helps me get things done

The only person who benefits from me getting stuff done is me

I'm doing this because it is important to me

I am making back up plans just in case

If you want to change your voice I guess you could just say:

"soft voice"

Hi Lupita!!

Iv'e had many mantra's over the years most of mine deal with giving up on caring about people that don't care about me.

The only thing I could come up with is:  I can make this happen if I stay positive, trust myself ,stay focused and assertive without being over bearing.

Just knowing what you need to work on is half the battle, keep both feet on the ground and you'll be just fine!

Hopalong:
Hi Lupita,

I'll wait to see if you actually engage and come back, since I've written you here so many times and not heard again...never know if anything made any difference.

Hope you're doing well.

love
