"Prescription For Disaster" by Rachel Aviv

Hi Everybody,

There is an extraordinary article in this week's (5/5/2014) The New Yorker magazine entitled "Prescription for Disaster" by Rachel Aviv.  It's about chronic pain (something I know about--as do 100 million other Americans) and a doctor in Wichita, Kansas.  Hero, villain, naif, all of the above?  A piece that will leave you wondering about the human condition and what to do about it.

Ooops!  Thanks, Hops.  If you happen to be in the library, it's well worth a read.
