I like it.
Congrats on working out the disagreement. You honored yourself, and it seems to be working for you.
Stick to your routine, and keep'a go; )

So glad for you. I feel like I understand all too well. I am thankful that you have such a friend. I encourage you to be kind to yourself as you go particularly if you face set backs or bumps along the way.
My heart aches to read about your parents leaving you feeling not worthy. That has been an issue for me as well. I see more and more how that has effected me and how healing it is to begin undoing that message.
I hope you find that there is more and more help for you in your process.

How's it going, Journey?

Wow. Getting rid of mountains of stuff is very hard for a hoarder. I really went into hoarding during and after the narcissist. You are doing phenomenally well with unloading the stuff. So wise of you to have a therapist to see each week. Unloading the material stuff seems to unleash the emotional burdens as well.
I did that a year ago as i sold my house and downsized. I don't miss one single thing i got rid of. I was seriously drowning in mountains of stuff. I still have a love of going on the hunt for stuff but not so much and I sell it off on Ebay or etsy.
The way you describe your history was so compact, articulate and insightful. Just the opposite of your house..... I can really see you living in a clear, clean uncluttered space. You so deserve it.
Kind Regards,
Sea storm
