I dont hang around her much at all these days.  But to get attention N mother says the most REPULSIVE things.   I'm having a great deal of difficulty even trying to repeat it here...it is so offensive.  It is a sex thing.  I am so ashamed.

It's abuse having to listen to it.

There was a man closeby and she said "Why don't you go and ......."

Sorry....I wouldn't put it on your ears.  It'll have to stay with me.

I have no respect for her whatsoever.

She's not behaving like a healthy human being, never mind a mother.

Good!  Hang around her even less!!  She upsets you and offends you way too much to deserve your presence.  It's not doing you any good to be around her is it?

Do you have anyone else you could spend time with?  A friend perhaps?  Any other relative that you care about and respect or even just enjoy?  My advice is to surround yourself with as many positive influences as humanly possible.

Be with people you like and enjoy being around, not this person who is behaving in such an awful way.  Take her power away, Zeene.  She can't hurt you if you're not around her.

I'm so sorry that you have to go through this and that you have to suffer because of her behaviour.   It's not fair.  It's not nice and it's a real rip off.

I hope you will get away from her and begin building a much better life for yourself.  I hope you will not let her have any more control over you.
I hope you will not allow her any more opportunities to hurt you.

Thanks for the advice...I've taken it.  I feel some control over my own life for the first time ever.  Feeling free!  Wish the bad memories would go away too.

Zeene: my exN's father (a real sicko) would reach over and squeeze his wife's breasts while he beeped the horn of the car...this to entertain his children (and in one fell swoop, humiliate his wife, keep her in her place, and teach his children a lesson about men and women and "humor").
Classy guy, huh?  And I used to wonder why my ex was so sick.....
