The only thing is that I have no idea where all the stuff she wants me to bring is. I am going to try . Hi B and the gang, hope your meeting went okay. You do have friends here.

It is nice to come to a friendly place and not be rejected isn’t it? What’s wrong with saying that? Nothing! I agree, it is nice. Maybe you’re not used to it being okay?

And when people do like you, that can seem unfamiliar and scary too! I felt like that. Why should people like me when I’m not likeable? Don’t they know I’m not really very nice?  That’s the ‘old tape’ playing – it’s a voice from my past and it’s not useful any more. I tell it to shut up now. It’s telling me lies. I don’t have to believe it!

But o well.    

Keep saying this B. It’s a good thing to say. Oh well, I’m only human!   Like everyone else. Keep being easy on yourself.
