I'm fine thanks H, got some work done yesterday and today. Got some more sleep. Got my period ( sorry guys here! ) that's sometimes a trigger for mood-swings. Downward swing is coming, but I cope much better with that than I used to. An occasional a/d, a walk or a swim and I can deal with the negative thoughts. It's easier to know they are just thoughts than when you really think it's a great idea to absail the Himalayas. Tomorrow. Without ropes...
