Re. hypnotherapy. Usually people have trouble "getting there" because they're trying to get there.

The secret is trust. Trusting your inner self, far wiser than your conscious persona who's going oh darn it, I'm not relaxing enough...and choosing a decent, trustworthy T to talk you there.

Let go, don't try.
