The future does not exist yet, at least not as far as it can be placed in the mind's awareness of it.
If you wish to create a future , you must begin to create It now.

So  full physical awareness must understood to be present here and now to guide you though the turmoil of the present .
But our true self maybe larger and more expansive than we imagine.

Past and  present, future moments are layered ,like a stack of pancakes. We decide and control how much syrup to pour onto our stack of pancakes.
One might drizzle it lightly all over ,watching as it fills small holes and gaps ,or you might pour it onto a concentrated area ,flooding it with attention and experiencing change in taste.

Ones future changes moment by moment ,adapting to the intensity and desire you add or subtract from it .The past does the same, bringing memories to the surface to be reexperienced or allowing them to fade into the background. We can begin now .Imagine and create and create your furture by living in the now.

I am having a day when my syrup won't flow M!

Think I'll go make pancakes for my little boy before I go to work, maybe they will inspire me!

Are you all recovered and well again?

Warming up the syrup now!

Extra butter on mine, too... the real thing, Grade A, not that fakey, oily sort.

I’m re-reading LC ‘The favourite game’ (this copy printed in 1973) and thinking …..could I write a book like this?

On Saturday I bought three pots of honey (all on offer): Australian Eucalyptus (like caramel); Mexican and Spanish Orange Blossom (so sweet and perfumed); and Spanish Lavender (haven’t tried it but it says ‘herby’). Now I need to make pancakes for a pancake/honey tower…. 8)

Moon, you seem to change as I observe. And I heard this morning that the realities we observe today (at the very, very tiny level!) somehow make the past concrete, whereas before observing them, they were not so concrete, not so defined. It all seems to make sense if I don’t try to think about it too hard. :D

Perhaps Moon is becoming more herself.......

Maybe it was Dr. Laura who said, "People don't change, they become more themselves."  I tend to believe that is true.

Hey pp and Portia ,plucky and Hope and Write,

I feel like I am accelerating into acceptance

This is my 2nd pancake story I have another beautiful one .
When my twin brother and I were about 12 years old.My father who makes the most wonderful pancakes in the world .
Well he decided to have a pancake contest with my twin brother. Our father made silver dollar pancakes very slim size of a 50 cent piece.
Off they went seeing who could eat the most silver dollar pancakes .They were playing together this memory rushes back to me .

I know have other memories my father out side raking leaves and putting them into huge piles just so my twin and I could jump in and laugh and throw the leaves in the air.
And then he would smile and rake them up again just so we could jump in again .
They are all flooding my mind THE SNOW BALL FIGHTS .
Well there it is forgiveness and that understanding.

WITH SO MUCH LOVE

Maybe the memories can't be forced because it is painful trying: just one memory before age 12 say, just one to squeeze out, I've tried and thought really really hard but/and zoom to much much later we went looking for mushrooms in the wood together and found some ink caps and we ate them, fried and they were really slimey and awful! But it was okay. once much later again we spontaneously both burst into a stupid advertising song that ends "the sun is gonna shine" and that seeeemed like a moment of pure connection: just a simple sharing of something so trite, wow: we know and like the same song. Very childlike and because of that so darn painful! There is no joy without sorrow. Moon your eyes look clear. "accelerating into acceptance" of the children, the children. Love.
