A while back I dug up some stuff on stages of grief and it seemed so appropriate. Let me see if I can find it again. Odds are you are at the angry stage and ya gotta go through it And you don't need to be pleasant. Feel free to bitch all you want. You were used and now you are being treated like some kind of leper by the man who said he loved you. I would be pissed as hell. We're here... please gripe and shout and whatever you feel like.
