Chemistry versus how the heck am I going to control my self if the chemicals go out on their own? I want not to feel bad for the bad decision of some students. But I do. I want to not feel bad because of the behavior of other people, but I do. How are we going to control the feelings if they don't depend on us?

Thing is, we are responsible and accountable for our own decisions, behavior and actions - not others.  In motivating people we are to encourage Independence not codependence .... by example.  Leah
