Hey guys hope you are all well and fighting the good fight, found this link which might be helpful to anyone trying to understand the twisted psyche of a Narcissist. There's some stuff on it on how to frighten an N as well as what you can do/say to devastate an N which is all great stuff.    It's like ramming a holy poker up the devils arse and generally having fun at their expense, see how they like it eh? I'm not saying you should take action on these things as it could be dangerous with some N's if you're not prepared for physical violence as some may go stark raving bonkers but they are empowering to just read and also help us to understand what's happening in an N's mad sad world.

Hey Hops hope you're well, as to me I'm feeling pretty good at the mo ta, sorting out my boundaries and stuff and feeling pretty chippa which is all good in the neighbourhood    I have to say I havent felt this good in a long long time and thats in no small part down to you guys on here so thanks once again for your support
