Aww thats one sweet dog! Poor little thing, they should give her some front wheels so she can be in her correct position for a while, Ive seen dogs without their back legs with wheels although perhaps at the front she wouldnt be able to steer herself too well, would probably need some sophisticated chassis and suspension or something. She's a cutie though!  :D

cute reminder that disability isn't always a problem!

I could not sleep in bed with my dog though, she'd drive me nuts.
