CB123 Thinking of you.

I truly, truly hope that you have some relief today.  I suspect that if things went well and your divorce is final that you will probably have something of a collapse, the way we do when a huge event is finally over - then we get sick - because we have stressed and stressed in order to get through it.  Now you have some reprieve and the stress of these past months and years might take their toll.  Don't dispair.  You will bounce back but you will need some tender loving care from yourself to regain your strength.

I'm thinking of you and your children and am very, very hopeful that you have some relief at last.

CB,

I join GS in wishing you a glorious end to the torment of the divorce.  I also, think she gave good counsel about the aftermath and your need more than ever to take good care of you.

My very best to you and the children tonight.

GS,

Thank you for starting this thread.  Every step of the way, I have known that you were there cheering me on.  It has meant a lot to me.

Today, I start my new life: buying school supplies, shopping for a couch, taking my daughter to lunch.  Last night I slept in my bed instead of on the couch.  Hmmm.

Love you, GS.

Last night I slept in my bed instead of on the couch.  Hmmm.

you know I can always tell when there's something going on wioth me- I sleep in my recliner. It's the first sign of some inner turmoil.

I've cried tons since the divorce CB, but it really does feel liek all the tension in me is unwinding out and I walk differently and have a different posture and shape...in fact my shoulders have started aching tellingly whenever I don't take care of myself.

Remember in the James and the Giant peach after all the trauma and misery and the strange man says 'Marvellous things will happen'

Love to you
