I was warmed to the tips of my toes, all the way from my cheeks, when I read about the bank lady helping you.

My bank was very friendly and helpful too...... I think yours was even more so!

ALLLLL THAT INFO IN ONE DAY and she handed it right over.... even bagworms lates nummy haunts!  heh..... it was supposed to be this way, Changing..... you have more up to date information and he has no idea that you can avail yourself to it!

I will say this...... when my old ::ahem:: attorney wanted to know which new attorneys were telling me he dropped the ball...... I forgot the name of every one of them.  I didn't tell him who was willing to help me, because he would have been all over them.

There was one young lawyer who was frightened to give me information and tell me how badly I was being represented....

he said.....'let me tell you why.... bc as soon as I give you this information, you're going to go running straight back to Xattorney and shove it straight up his ass......"

It was like a damned conspiracy theory landed on my head!

In the end, he/young attorney pulled out his little case law book and gave me 3 cases that my attorney should have been on top of... very common stuff.... not sure why my attorney was making first year lawschool mistakes.  All the other attorneys I met with agreed and added more.  All were perplexed as to why this normally outstanding attorney was refusing to represent me competently, yet kept taking my money.

The only one who could be traced to the info, was the one I hired.

If I was you.....I'd just shake your head and say you don't remember.  Lots of people helped.   Just say nothing...... the less the better.

You don't want her getting in trouble and Bagworm's the type to go back and draw blood.

I'm also thinking Bagworm's attorney got his law degree out of a cereal box and was a Private Eye before that.  I never met an attorney who was licensed to serve papers and that would account for his acting like a paid process server too.

My Dear Hoppy-

Oh, thank you for your kind words. I remember when I was shaking and waiting anxiously for a return post late at night this past June with the Bagworm in the other room- tears would just flow when I read your "That'll do pig!", with your empathy, good sense and your admonitions to save myself! Thank you for everything a million times over! You have been a lifeline for me!

I used to keep all of my N stuff- NF, NM, NH etc- a secret out of shame. This board has taught me to speak out about it (judiciously of course, as the sheer weight of detail of N abuse can make one sound bizarre to the uninitiated) if only in posts here and this has been quite liberating- I no longer blame myself for N actions.

Thanks and Love,

Changing

Hello General Lighter!

I will keep mum as to my benefactor- you make a lot of sense (as always). I faxed the items over without relating the story, so there should be no problem- but I will be on guard.

I am most worried about the Commissioner and the Moron- I just pray that there is no funny business there between them, as well as the Bagworm and Moron not torturing me as they go through the house, etc. Bagworm's things have been outside for over a month now, boxed up!I simply could not drag it ll back in. My lawyer is integral to these things working out properly, so I hope he prevails.

The debits showing Bagworm's eating frenzies are a laugh- he makes excellent cheddar when he works, but has refused to do so. He also is pleading for my tiny money    ( he is lying in court documents about what I get and claims it is much more, asking for almost everything, after illegally draining our savings!!!!) saying that he is suffering. If you compare our bank statements, he often spends as much or more in one day as I do in a week- he goes to fancy places and I- well it is a different story there. The Commissioner has such latitude at this stage, and need not adhere to guidelines, yet I think it would be absolutely egregious to take all that I have and give more to NHBagworm for dining delicacies while he sits around and plays softball.

Thank you for hanging in there with me through all of this garbage, and sharing your experience, moxie and smarts with me. You are so dear to me, Lighter, and I hate to think of the terrible grip of any malevolent Ns that you have experienced- I  wish these Ns in our lives would just get lost with no more nagging N interferences!! But we will get rid of them soon!

Love and Thanks,

Changing

Dear changing,
You are so sweet, so no wonder you have that benefactor. It made me feel so happy to know that there are people like her who can 'break the rules' when it is really needed, and who is to know, especially when defeating an N is at stake.

I am glad you have lighter to help with the legal details, as I've never needed them.

And why this need for them to go through the house? to see if you are keeping anything of his? He really wants EVERYTHING!!??

Your helpful lawyer will stand by you.

Hang in still

and
Love
Izzy

Hi Izzy Dearest-

The day bagworm brought the cops (my lawyer thinks that he filed some sort of incident report about me to stir them up so- I wonder what he said?) he was supposed to come by and pick up his things that I tore myself up over putting together. Even the cops asked him to take the stuff- now he claims to the courtthat I have kept them from him! And his Moron has filed to go through  my panty drawer (in a sense). So I just hope that they don't come right after court.

Thank you for being my inspiration.

Love,

Changing

oh changing changing,

The idiocy of bagworm and Moron.

Do you have a bunch of Victoria's Secret items to strew around the place? and a place to pack all your drawers so that everything is empty?  (Well, I have no place to store anything if I did that, but it would be great!)

Nothing in the kitchen cupboards either, just a tin of beans: a fry pan with a hole rusted through the side, and a tin cup for water.

Naw............ I guess it isn't proper to be dishonest at this point. You're on your way to winning and I am so happy to call you a survivor along with me. No victims here!

Love
Izzy

Hi Dear Izzy-

I love your attitude   - I have most of the house barren, and those areas with items are stuffed and covered with tarps! Maybe I will put some oddity type items about for decorative interest!

I have some new and expensive items of Bagworm's in boxes- others are in -----Bags!!! The cats have had a time using them for pillows and (Andy Gumps???) outside. But I really hope the two Ns  spare me the torture tomorrow and come to the house on Thursday!! If they do, I will get everything nicey nice for them.

I got a great email from my lawyer today- he allayed my fears and explained everything about the hearing in detail- much of our best evidence relates to trial issues only (Moron mixed things up and tried to introduce trial issues prematurely) and he thinks that there is no way that they want to go to trial. But I may have to pay NH Bagworm for 6 months! My lawyer is fighting it tooth and nail, but there is a lot of discretion at the court at this point (proofs and evidence determine things later but not now, though at least the judge will have a preview of the evidence and the fraudulent Moron filings). Uggh! I may have to bite the bullet even harder for a few months, until I get my money back, but I hope not.

Oh well- the best things in life are free! Please say a prayer for me tomorrow! I will fill you in on the latest details of Moronic Bagworms and Baggy Wormy Morons!!!

Love and Good Night,

Changing

Dear Changing,
I am hoping and praying for Divine intervention. You embody spunk and courage. When I want to give up,I think of you bravely going to law school. You are bravely fighting a disability and now an N of the worst kind. I don't give up,but say,"I can do it, too."

changing I'll be thinking of you all day.  I sure hope you don't have to pay that unbelievable cretin.  It seems to me you have already payed plenty!

I still don't know what excuse the cretan gives for NOT working.

I can't imagine him standing up, in front of men and women who DO work, and expecting them to believe his story and that his physically challenged student wife should have to foot his bills.

Her disability check?  Given to him?  Why?

That's just nuts!

Because he's lazy self absorved and into immediate self gratification and doing what feels good?

Nope.... the Judge just isn't going to appreciate that at all, I don't believe.

Changing,

I'm crossing fingers, toes, eyes....that the judge has at least got half a brain and can see the reality of what's going on with Bagworm.

Good Lord and Little Fishes!

The records indicating what you DO make..... the bank statements that directly contradict what Bagworm's saying.....

I guess this is a prelim hearing where they just hear stuff, without benefit of evidence?

Nuts nuts nuts and more nuts!

The Judge has at least got to look at your income statements and tax records, if nothing else.

Bagworm shouldn't be able to completely fabricate that stuff and get a fat check.... allll your money.... out of it.

::sigh::

The problem is.... they lie and lie and lie and we tell the truth.  Who can tell who's lying though..... on the face of things?

Eventually his lies will catch up to him, if not today.... eventually  ((changing))

I wish I could cook you some mommy food and have it waiting.... with 6 candles and a hot bath afterwards.
