pROBLEM is we have already thrown so much money at the house.  We don't want to keep investing money into the old house and then have to lower the price as well.  So I think we may just lower the price for a quick sale or I will tell the realtor that we will entertain almost ANY reasonable offer..

My post erased .before. I think that you are "right' to just sell it at as much of a loss as you can handle, especially if other homes at the same price have more amenities.
   You don't have much choice. The market is dictating to you.It is beyond your control.

Well the new house is great.  H is good.  Weight?  I do not even feel like I have had surgery!

I am going to tell the doc that I need another fill.  I feel less full than I did before my first fill!
