 What you said reminds me of the Bible verse,"As a man thinketh in His heart(mind), so is he." I think that this is what you are saying---Right?

This is the next step for me--- Seeing the truth of life.. Tonight,I told my F about NC. He was taken aback . He is still in some denial( he is married to an N-)
  I realized today that I can't afford to lie to myself anymore--- about anything.I can't lie about who I am( good and bad). I can't lie about my H(bleh). I can't lie about life.
  My cop b/f told me that if you lie to yourself ,you will be sick. If you can be honest with yourself, you will be well.
