Follow me on this journey and you may become enlightened. There is plenty of adventure and certainly plenty of knowledge. First, follow my instructions carefully and that means first and foremost to separate yourself from your current reality. All you need to do is take the courage. Find that courage and follow me to the other world.
This other world is a world where your N has no significance, or very simply does not exist. They are wiped out of all memory and all other impacts on yourself. To enter this other world you must cross this threshold. Now what do you feel. Is there a feeling of emptiness? You need to fill that emptiness by recognizing yourself. Acknowledge the existence of your body. Acknowledge the existence of your emotions. Now acknowledge most importantly the existence of your thoughts.
If you have been focusing on yourself and yourself solely, you realize a deeper sense of who you are. In this new world realize that your thoughts are your own. But this is frightening to you because you fear your thoughts. You are afraid that owning your thoughts means you will not know what to do. You fear simply fear itself and this is nothing but a thought. Soon you begin to realize that your N was in exactly the same position, totally alone, and seeking their own way out of this chaotic world. But most importantly you realize that how you feel, who you are, what you think is entirely your own. Any other illusions are simply fantasies that you created.
So there is a sense of excitement when you realize that you are the only one but you fear returning to that world where your N exists. You like this new freedom and fear crossing back. But again, you need to take the courage and go back in to that world from where you came. But now you realize that you can go back and forth between the two worlds at will. You have mastered it and can live in both worlds.
So when you N creates some negative emotion or experience, jump back in to the world of enlightenment and eliminate their existence. Soon you learn that you don't even need to jump anymore.
