Good morning changing

I am happy you had a good night's sleep. Do you love your bed?

I love mine! It might be 20 years old but it's in good shape and I love to lie down after sitting all the time and "get my feet up".

my original intention was to have a quiet and civil divorce  surprise? surprise?

I don't do much out of character as all the crazy things I do became my character! Yet the last thing I would do is 'streak' down main street.

Hope your day goes well
Love
Izzy

Hi Dear-

I love my bed! It is just right- a pillowtop mattress and lots of pillows, nice linens and comforters. I slept so well, and now I bring the monitor for the security camera ( its smal and lightweight but has a big scren for its size) and put it next on the night table,so I can see whatever is going on outside ( I can make the camera move etc as well) and the number for the police on speed dial. I have a built in bookshelf and my law books, etc are there so I can now be so cozy and happy while studying!!!
You know Izzy, it was a surprise that Bagworm acted the way he did about the divorce. He was divorced before, and they did it for $179 or some such thing, with no drama. He pretended that he wanted to divide everything and be civil this time as well, but...as you said Surprise, Surprise!!!
He was bankrupt when we married, and hardly had a thing when he divorced before- maybe $5000 ( two people with no kids who got maybe $40,000 as a wedding present and both made good money???!!!???) In our case there was savings, pensions, a lot of house equity, paid for cars, etc that I kept in my name so there would be something left after his spending- I think that this may be the difference. But who knows- anyway you made me laugh with the surprise surprise!
I am thinking of a legal way to take the battle to his domicile  rather than mine...that might give him pause next time, haven't figured it out completely but it seems like a good idea!!!

Hope you have a great night, and streaking- it's too cold!

Love,

Changing

Hi Fluffy and Pooffy and oh so comfortable,

Does "I am thinking of a legal way to take the battle to his domicile  rather than mine"  mean a change of venue, that is, the diivorce must be heard in the venue of one of rhe spouses. (Canadian term).

I do become a little anxious to get to bed to read my book(s) but look at the clock and see it is only 4:14 pm or 6:05 or 7:15  but once 8:00 passes, I feel the time passing quickly and I'm snuggled in by 9:00

Up with the alarm tomorrow and off to the hospital for an x-ray and update on my leg--might come home with no cast so must take an extra shoe-- always thinking, is Izzy.

night night

Love
Izzy
