Thank you all so much for your words of support and encouragement.  It is a really tough decision to make, but I feel it is the best thing I can do for me and my family.  My husaband and I have decided to start trying for a baby in November, and I really want to close the door on this before I get pregnant.  

I really needed to get some support and you were all so kind and generous to provide it!!
