When your reasons lift.....

  Thanks for thinking of me. 

  My reasons for not posting are many.

  One of my reasons is that I don't have a lot to give right now.  I check in and read, but I don't write.

  Another one of my reasons is that realspace is taking up a lot of time.

  Lastly, though I need to let go of regret, I'm not ready to let go of my mom yet.  I will write more about my regrets when
  I'm able to do so coherently.

When you're ready.... then you let go of what needs to be released?

I do want to say..... that you don't have to let go of your mother.

She's yours..... that won't ever change.

Acceptance and detachment don't have to be about giving her up.... do they?

Maybe the ritual needs to shift.....?

We can shift our beliefs, accept and detach from difficult emotions..... without letting your mother go?

Not sure but..... 

take your time and journal these feelings out till clarity finds you.

It'll be OK.
