I Went 'In to Myself" ,Today
« on: May 14, 2008, 07:04:28 AM »
I had a neat experience , when I woke up. I realized that I AM the "me", I always was. I am in there, as me, within my "borders" and intact. I CAN foster my growth, bring light and joy to my being and be separate from the outside.
I am reluctant to post this b/c it seems like a "drug trip"(lol). However, I "clicked" back in ,in some deep way . I am important for "me", not just what I can give others.
I can build myself up,now, starting from where I am and going up the levels until I reach good mental health, well balanced.I can be defined as me. I WILL reach good mental health. It is a reality now, not a dream.

Wow, Leah.
I really almost erased this thread a few times. I thought it sounded "dumb, an "acid trip"(lol). Thanks for what you said. I never thought of it that way.   Love   Ami

TA-DA!!!!!

Yep; you've always been there... your "I"... not an acid-trip (despite how strange it feels... you'll get used to it!)... REALITY: Ami's reality.

I'm so happy for you...

Dear Amber
That you for your supportive post. I am re-finding the "I". It can't be bought cheaply when you have lost it for as long as I have. It is precious, as I know you know, Amber. Thanks for your encouragement.   Ami

I helped my friend ,today, and he helped me. I realize it is all about "love". Love is what fuels us. It is so powerful , so healing. It is  simple, yet out of reach until it "hits" you. Then ,many complex things seem understandable.      Ami
