Dear Bones,
 As I grow, I see that my M is an introject. I want to make a tee shirt"Down with introjects". I am naming mine ,now and I talk back .
  The NM stays in our head and tells us what we can and cannot do, how to live , what to feel.
  I am empowered to fight back and take my life back from what? Air.
 They are ghosts, mists and I have given all to them , to her,but it is over.
 You had a doozy NM. I hope you exorcise her from your head.
