Izz tech help please

Dear Izz, you are great with technology. I tried to upload some pictures of my place, but they say it is too big. How can I make them smaller?

That is a beautiful view from your balcony. So' long distance' without another 'house' in sight.

By clicking on that picture it is shown in a larger size.

Were you trying to upload more at the same time? Did you try making another post, if the pictures are the same size as the balcony scene?

I have a program that changes the size but not the detail. Do you have anything of that nature? PhotoSuite? (I forget what I had before this one.)

I need to take pictures that are smaller. But do ot know how. Help, please.

Click on these and see that they are quite viewable and the sizes are the same. (640x480)

I can make them, what? ½ the size? or is this working for you, one at a time?

Yes izz, because they are less than 128. The other pictures I have are more than 128 and that is not postable in this board. That is why I am asking if I can make smaller pictures, either by taking, how do I take smaller pictures?

Hi Lupita,

The way I have re-sized photos is this:

Right click on the photo you want to post and "send to:"  email.

Email it to yourself.

In the process of doing this, my "outlook express" email asks me whether I want to make my pictures smaller, for easier sending. I select the smaller size.

Then I retrieve the new smaller photo from that email I sent to myself (lol) and save it to my computer to post.

Now I remember that 'pop-up question' but since I resize photos I send I haven't seen it in a long time. Is there a place to 'tick off'.
