I find it interesting that Jennie, his secretary, takes every opportunity she can to celebrate to the cameras whenever Jeff's mean plans are foiled. It's as if she is his conscience. When he went to his tenant's house while she was on vacation and reorganized her cabinets, it was Jennie who said, "Jeff, this isn't appropriate." It's also smart of Jennie not to disclose her new apartment location to Jeff. He's the type of landlord who uses his key to come into the unit to see if you have dirty dishes in your sink. He used nanny cams to spy on his employees. The guy has zero boundaries. I've only seen a couple of episodes but he's so glaring with his Nism, it's worthy of note.
