Ya eh?

After I said "I resign", he pouted out that he took on the position of Treasurer only because I was doing the work. (Therefore it is my fault he cannot be Treasurer anymore.)

Another gal has stepped in and is learning from the other Treasurer. There is no indispensable man.

I received last month's Approved Minutes for the Website, formatted and uploaded. All web work comes in by email!! No loose cars running amok!

Have found a better nesting position, but am still up a coupl;e of times in the night and stay up for 2 hours.

My incision is still seeping. I'm running out of towels and sheets (older ones) so Michele is going to talk to my doctor about how she thinks there is something inside, under the incision and will be coming twice a day. I felt it too,,,,,,,Flying saucer for sure!

Love

OK, Izz.

Trying to understand here.

Are you saying it feels like a flying saucer shaped object lodged under your skin?

That would explain the bleeding and trouble, wouldn't it?

I'm so sorry, thank goodness have an advocate helping you out.

::sending prayers and healing thoughts your way::

It's got to get better soon, ((Izz))

Iz,

I'm sitting here reading your posts and thinking what a blessing it is that you have your good sense and that you can communicate (with your extra measure of good sense) with your care assistants.  To boot it sounds like you have really sincere, attentive assistants.  That too is a blessing.

Thinking of you with lots of affection...

When I first read that you felt like rod sticking out of your leg.... I thought your leg was broken again

Let us know whats up...... we care and we're concerned, Izz.

Oh Iz.

I so wish I was there to say something to make your medical team "jump to" and get you the attention and help you need. This just doesn't sound good at all. Did they do an x-ray? An "educated guess" isn't going to be enough in this situation!!

My fingers are crossed that you get the attention you deserve and need - and quickly!!

Ummmm..... it seems highly unlikely that a metal rod would break if you didn't get hit by another car.... unless it's your bone that broke apart and the rod slipped free?

How could either happen and the dr. not notice as he squeezed blood out of your incision area?

And...... when are you going back?  (sorry, didn't mean to question you)

I'd seriously suggest making the appt with different doc,  Izz.

This is beginning to sound like you've slipped between the cracks.

I hate to say it, Izz dear...

but I think you need to go to the emergency room and MAKE SOMEBODY LOOK AT THAT BULGE.

Please do, call the ambulance, make them be gentle, report back...

much love to you,

You need an advocate with you, Izz.

I'm glad your care gal is meeting you in the morning.

Give her directions and stress how much pain you're in.

Your usual demeanor is to be stoic.

I know that you must be in terrible pain, otherwise we wouldn't be hearing anything about it.

(((())))  I'm so sorry you have to wait so long to see the doc.
