I've replied to Portia et al on the guru wannabee thread on the 'what helps' board, and now I'll take a break from posting for a while. I didn't want to just disappear! without saying thank you all for your advice over the past few months, you've played a huge part in my healing process, this is a lovely safe place to come and be and grow.

I'll report back in the summer and let you know how we're getting on!

Write, thanks for your contributions (where are you going?)  you'll be missed, do come back and check in once in a while.    I know I've taken a break from the board (and the healing process) sometimes when I didn't need it so much.  Good Luck.
