The feeling I get when reading it is like the picture of a funnel. And the funnel just leads back to....HER. What a tiny little life. She is so focused on herself and it seems she will never "open up" to actually see the world as it is. Sad. I can see in the responses how angry this makes people.

Interesting post, thanks Izzy.

Well that was entertaining.   Apparently she doesn't have a single problem, flaw, or shortcoming.  It would be interesting to see a perspective from an objective source.   She doesn't say much about a profession.   My guess is it may be less than impressive.

Izzy..........WOW

One thing though, I wish XN had written something like that before I met him.  I would have run a mile and not given him the time of day.  I have to say that at least she is "honest" and enter at your peril.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

i AM seriously tickled by that girl.  Since I usually post on my phone I couldn't access this.  I took the day off and absconded with my daughter's laptop......................The girl is cute, but??????????????????

Hey Iz:  Since you know how to fix everything....here is a Q.  I was down on my computer and the lights flashed, the computer went dead, the tv and printer went off.  No problem....I went over and checked the circuit breaker - turned every single one of them off and on..............what a pain, had to go restart all the clocks....................But that wall is without power.......what do you think??

I gather you have the computere worling again?

Which wall is dead? The computer wall, the fuse box wall?

Sounds like you blew a fuse!

Now you find the fuse with the "black bottom" that appears to have blown.

hope I'm on the right track.

It's all on one wall.

If the box had only circuit breakers in it, then their must be a fuse box elsewhere or another overriding breaker box?--whereby one might cover the whole downstairs?

Something tells me that fuses are from my generation, not yours, so I might be leading you astray.

Maybe an innocent little 'helpless' call to an electrician?

I don't see N, there is a whole school of beautiful young women like this everywhere of course who have yet to learn the world doesn't revolve around a pretty girl...

but nowhere have I seen like here in the US this dating phenomenon of picking the qualities to hell with the person.

The prom school of relationships!

One of my best friends here was bemoaning the dating scene and how unpleasant it has been for him, he said he felt like a piece of meat on one hand biut rapidly discarded on the other.

I sai 'that's because the people already have a tick-list before they even meet you and as a highly developed individual you aren't going to be saying the right things.'

I've heard so many women talk about material provision and looks as high on their list.

No wonder people are so miserable and materialistic in compensation.

What a shame the girl doesn't see that she is the one people will be rejecting as flawed, setting herself up as miss perfect she will certainly attract Ns....and maybe some of that shameful overconfidence will lapse as part of her learning curve adn we'll like her then!

Maybe she will soon be on this Board with her list of Ns and how they betrayed her.

I think I'll read some more and what happened to Terrence! Though it does feel a bit voyeuristic on my part too!

It's hard when you're young and immature not to let pretty go to your head I suppose, but I wouldn't trade my insecurity and hesitance for this level of superficial would you?!

I'm sure her blog will attract a lot of 'look at this up-herself-jerk' attention.

But I do know women my age too who want men who earn a lot and look a certain way and all very 'Stepford Wives' it turns out to be too, and scratch the surface and the misery comes pouring out.

She'll only end up here with us though if she also has a nurturing side which loves and decides to try to help or support the N; I don't see much of that yet whilst she still thinks she has the world at her feet....
