Hi - While doing some inner work and journaling, I stumbled onto this website that I thought was very interesting. It talks about healing deficient childhood needs.

I got a lot out of the concept of reactive and maladaptive introjects. I was able to write an inventory of stuff I do with both that helps me to see where I am self defeating.

 Maybe try again with sound off or read the slides instead. I think this is basic stuff for most of us, but I was interested in the therapeutic process that helps to overcome these issues. I know I still get stuck with these and its what caused my downfall. Being aware of it and overcoming it are two different things.
