We dropped Netflix

Dropping Netflix and AT&T and Verizon......
feels BETTER.

All companies have rotten service, IME.  Paying less to be treated badly and jerked around feels like an imperative.

Verizon's final gift is an overcharge on the final bill.  I would have been surprised if they'd handled it any other way.  It's just who they are.

The perfectly appropriate farewell pairs with the dreadful customer service, overcharges, tacked on insurance on EVERY device, including the home phone and refusal to deal with their screw ups till I lost a month of my life chasing down a manager to undo their mistakes...... just rotten customer service and borderline theft.

AT&T was no better.

So, you're keeping internet & phone service, right? If you don't mind my asking, whom with?

I have no love of cable providers and it's not available where we live anyway. After a year of trying to get someone to run a landline (local monopoly here goes to Frontier)... I gave up and looked at a totally cell provided solution from ATT. Been with them 20+ years and so far no big hassles. Of course, I can see the cell tower from my porch. Hol's down the hill from me and doesn't get line of sight so her service isn't as reliable. We have handheld radios as back up for the times storms take out the cell tower.

We have a love/hate relationship with all tech communications around here. Toy with the idea of completely giving it up occasionally. But all of us, have one or two valid reasons for needing to keep it around.
Success is never final, failure is never fatal.

We use Spectrum for Internet and cellphone service.  No contracts.

I wish we could get Sattelite service on the island, I don't see service there on the map.

So Dickenson's Seedless Jams have been disconinued and in our opinions it's the ONLY jam worth paying money for.

Hopey Inc had a pallet full and it's about gone..... Blackberry..... our second favorite flavor.  I can't imagine making jam that good.

Happy to find Carbona Color Grabber sheets for washing clothes.

Not sure if they'd stop a new valentine red garment from tinting a load of whites, but they work a trick on regular mixed loads.
