You mean have it done on him?

The advice on the eval by my lawyer is that we should do it.  It would be on the 3 of us plus anyone else I wanted to bring in (other 2 children who lived w/ him from previous marriage) etc.

Hi movinon,

Just a quick question.
Are you satisfied with your lawyer?
A good lawyer, in my opinion, who knows how Ns think, can push the right buttons and get them to reveal themselves. A mediocre lawyer gets manipulated by the N and doesn't know when or how to challenge the Ns facade.
A good lawyer can go a long way toward changing a doofus judge's mind, if its changeable.
All of the above goes for a psych evaluator also, I imagine.
