me too .The dumb doctors now they do not think I have a ulcer I am getting a ct scan .I never had one of those .Write I sure do want you to know how much your support means to me.Well ,anyway hope your not feeling blue.Your posts mean so very much.............

Hi Hops , This does not seems too serious ,doctors think its not a ulcer but a hernia from a previous surgery but they are not sure.
My ct scan is this Tuesday coming up in the morning time.I am thinking its not anything big.But I should know more in a week or so.
I am not real worried .So I will let you know and thank you so much for caring HOPS.

at the risk of possibly being perceived to be following you around in threads (and would that necessarily be a bad thing, given our current conversation?) – I want to say:

I didn't realize that my post would cause Write to feel the need to leave this forum.

I don’t know if your post did cause Write to feel that. Perhaps Write deleted her account for other reasons? She did say on another thread that she feeling a bit hysterical, and she’s told us that she’s bipolar – those are perhaps causes for her acting as she did. Who knows? I don’t. The reason Write did what she did is unknown to us. We can assume or speculate, but until/if Write tells us, we don’t know for sure.

Please don’t think that you have caused someone else to do something. It’s possible that your post affected Write (she felt emotion), but Write's actions are what she decides. And she has to take responsibility for her own actions. See what I mean?

We all feel affected by others. What we do with those feelings is our stuff.

Yah Hops….but I’m human and fallible and still very much trying for self-acceptance and…can I take a compliment? Why do I have sooooo much trouble with it? Is it to do with conflict stuff – ‘I agree with you/good point’ might imply ‘I disagree with x’ – am I hypervigilant/over responsible about this dynamic?  Or if someone compliments me …. my mother/father/stepfather is going to get envious maybe….better not to get compliments?.................

Oh who knows! Sometimes I get sick and tired of my analysing, I do! I gotta go outside and play!
