Ah Hops,

I was jesting! No one can 'shower', as the idea goes ,unless they can stand alone.

I have conqured the tub and all is well, and has been all these years!

I wonder sometimes if my weird humour is too much .

I got your joke, Izzy Even without 'splainin'.

You know, they say there are bath people and shower people... I am definitely a bath person. They say Southerners are generally "bath people" (lounge about, like to soak) and Northerners are too busy for that.

Of course that is all off subject...

As to the subject here, this one has been really awful for me. It hurts and reminds me of every time my mother has "explained" to me why my sister was treated differently. For the longest time I believed that it was because I was more self-sufficient, went to a more expensive school, chose to move away, etc. I was always given reasons and I bought them. But the truth is she knows what she does is wrong, and turns it on me so that she can explain it away. And this whole subject has just made me angry again. It's good, though... dealing with it is the only way I'll get throughit.

Well i wouldn't like to have to do it, but there might come times we hit someone with a sledgehammer.

May not have had parties thrown for me ..... But I have thrown parties for others, and love the preparations, pretties, baking cakes
and dinner party delights.

Christmas time in my home was one of celebrations, good food and fun.   (xNh was always somewhat bewildered in the background)

My son always had a party with a special cake and lots of little friends, and party games .... fun, laughter and loads of mess!!!!

Believe me, they did.

Okay .... full facts ..... they both followed to the letter the teachings of Joyce Meyer, they only did what Joyce would do.

I did not buy into that way of life and thinking ........ so I suppose I was then deemed unworthy of their favor, as I spoke out against "the anointed"  (which is a load of baloney)

Thats the truth of it ........ did not want to say that ....... as I sincerely do not wish to upset any Joyce Meyer followers.
