Jesus, unbelievable, Violet. How cold. I can only imagine the pain of the sudden separation.

Hi Violet,
I am sometimes surprised how much time I spend thinking about animals.

I truly love them and I have a yearning to spend more time in the company of "large mammals".

I'm going to call a woman I know who has horses and cows. I just like to hang about with them.

Thank you for reminding me.

A women's spirituality workshop I went to this wknd reminded me that when something in your heart speaks to you about something that brings you joy...DO something about it. This is a simple thing I can do. Drive to her farm and spend time patting, chatting, with horses.

thanks!
love

For those who had narcissistic parents, do you think pets gave you your first ideal of unconditioned love? (and, in a way, helped you survive?)
