Hi there,
You might try checking out the effectiveness of B-50 on dealings with the cortisol our body produces when we are under stress that trigger certain types of weight gain.  I'm using GNC B-150 after my psychotherapist explained this bit if info to me. I am noticing a positive result.  Nogadge

Hops, I thought of another thing you might enjoy.  I signed up for this health and nutrition website's regular health-tips email and also enjoy their articles:
http://www.realage.com/WellnessCenter/intro.aspx

I forgot to mention I take prenatals also, though recently I've been forgetting to take them along with forgetting to mention them.

And if Trader Joe's is in your area, they have good supplements at a discount - that's where I get mine.  I used to worry that generic supplements might be inferior quality, but actually I learned from a job I had some years ago, that usually the companies that make the supplements will contract out to different sellers so they make supplements for name brands and for generics.  Companies that make cosmetics and soaps and shampoos do the same thing, so one manufacturing plant will be making up the shampoos for a variety of brands and prices.  The things one learns, eh?

debkor your sis sounds like a health tips fan after my own heart, lol!

much to my own personal dismay, i found the prenatals i had taken for years have turned into one of the culprits in helping my body increase in size.  this was unbeknownst to me until an old friend and i were comparing our notes with each other.  i have noticed an improvement since i cut back on the frequency of taking the prenatals to every other day.  drink lots of water.  nogadge

thankyou, thankyou, taking notes...

I think Dr. Schultze's SuperFoodPLUS covers B vitamins, and it does give me energy.

But by evening it's GONE. I am wanting to get enough energy to accomplish something at night.

Hmm. Must go home and walk whether I feel like it or not. I know that's key.

Kel, I looked at the energy drink but think it'd duplicate SuperFoodPlus...plus it costs twice that. Darn.

thanks all very very much...

Take Superfood more than once a day, Hops.

I've found wearing a pedometer helps with the walking.  You can set a daily goal and it tells you exactly how much you've accomplished.  Often toward the evening I'll look at the number and decide to go out for another walk, just to keep from blowing my average.  Have walked about 600 miles so far this year.

OMG, Ami...it WORKED. Just like that crazy Doc Schultz says!

For the first time I took another dose in late afternoon...
had more energy than I've had in the evening in MONTHS.

I am now a complete and total SuperFood convert.

Sincere thanks again for telling me about this product.
It is worth the cost.

I felt....blushy. Made it go bye-bye.

But now that you ask, can you guess why I need some more energy?

I'll talk about it more, just thought I'd included a bit Too Much Information.
Was afraid I might have shocked or offended people.

Survivors always find a way.  Close your eyes, take a deep breathe, look to the quietness/place you have, listen to your inner voice/s (if you have more than one) It all comes from within.  Sometimes ya need to be reminded, but you have the where with all to figure out what you want/need/can do.  Sometimes it takes a while, but it's there, you have it.  Even levels of energy.  I still feel mine as strong as when I started with my ex 30 years ago, I just lost it for a while, but it's part of me that has just been waiting.  All I need to do is focus and direct if, and it resurfaced for me.  I am an intense, high energy type of person.  Given the tools, there is nothing anyone can't do.  Might not be the most perfect, professional job, but it is doable.  The satisfaction is in doing it to the best of onews ability and to seek satification in the effort of a job well done to the best of ones ability.
Surviving an abusive relationship and coming out with these beliefs remains to be seen, and lived.  It is coming, and the return of my levels of energies is such a relief.  I know it has a lot to do with mind set, and I force myself to choose the aforementioned.  Nogadge
