hi
lupine,I was coming on to post that also today I found Becky's shoeprints all over my kitchen floor. The only person with dirty shoes (don't know where she's been) to bring that in, in my 6 years here, and I had just washed my floor, a few days ago.
I saw because I came home from shopping today and turned on the kitchen light (bright) and after she left yesterday I used the dining room light to see into the kitchen (2/5 bulbs burned out---need a tall person to replace) and didn't notice.
Also I told her I found out the problem re my wheelchair, new 2 years ago, and still a problem to propel. I needed a 'dump'...no not that kind. It's a 1" drop in the back of the seat from the front. She tried to let on she knew about a 'dump' but I knew she didn't. She even said that many 'chairs don't have them and I cannot believe that, because if someone is missing an iota of balance that person will have a feeling of going to pitch forward out of the chair. I sure did and I have tummy strength to stop it.
Then she asks me to call her when I want a new 'chair and I said I would call a Physio Therapist.
She is an Occupational Therapist who took on what she does not know.
Re the ankle weight, it was she who didn't listen, not the Physio who came with her, so I will get Amanda. I need one that will not cause any skiin sores, so
better do it the right way with the right person. (I wouldn't know how to do it properly right out of a hardware store.
And to call everyone who has not met our expectations an "n" is not the issue...but it's tempting
Right!Thanks
Izzy
