My observations since this 3rd surgery is that finally those involved are seeing this as more than a simple broken leg, that mine is an unusual case.

Having a 3rd surgery at 7+ months is also an impetus for my lawyer, as the simple broken leg case  is just a simple case maybe $25-$35, 000 and only about $10,000 for him. Now he has some meat to work with when my body parts are being removed.

I sensed more compassion from the health care workers, We Care, but paid by ICBC, as is Mary Jo. Maybe they thought I was faking pain, but losing part, that is dying, of a bone adds another level of severity to it all.

I don't like being questioned on, or suspect there are suspicions about, my veracity! I suppose no one does, but then there are the "scam artists" that have to be watched for!
