Hi gang,

You lift me up.  It turned out that of all the stuff that went on yesterday and today was that my little pooch got bad diahhrea.  I think part of it was that I had to be separted from him longer than he could endure.  Before, mom was here when I wasn't.  Now when I leave, I think anxiety really overwhelms him.  He's just like his mommy(me)  who has GAD (generalized anxiety disorder)  I think my mom is going to come through all of what is going on.  She is still refusing coumadin for the blood clot that showed up behind her knee.  The other tests came out fine.  The doctor gave her something to spike her appetite.  She's eating a lot and enjoying it.  I'm very grateful for that.  There for a while it looked like she would starve to death in spite of herself.

I'll keep you posted.  Special love to Leah, Cats Paw, Ami, violet, beth, lighter, carolyn and ann3.

Ohhh I hope poor pooch didn';t make too much mess or suffer too badly.

Made me happy to picture your mum happily tucking into her food.

Dear tt,

Is your pup feeling better now? Wondering whether they make a pet-med for that... to prevent dehydration.
From one thing to another it is, for sure, but you sound relieved... and that's wonderful! Is your mom's rehab place far from your home? I hope you're able to spend some more time now in more peaceful relaxation, at home with your furry friend.

Love and hugs to you,
Carolyn

Hi Carolyn & lighter,

Well when I got home, everything (tile floor) was a mess.  Poor thing had gone everywhere.  He seems to feel OK.  So far, I've given him a Tum, cheese and milk.  It's just my best effort to get it under control.  If not we'll be off to the vet.  My gut tells me it was caused by anxiety.  He is going on 14.

Thanks for giving me good pep talks.
