Izzy.... the 85yo guy thinking you made up an accident?

That's just nuts.

::sigh::

Every tiny aspect has to have it's difficulties, doesn't it?

So so sorry....... I'm sure doubting your integrity was about the old boy too.... not about you.

You need all your energy for yourself, at this point....

it's their loss.

(((Izzy))) Glad to hear the pipes are productive.

Keep us updated and make sure you have good pain management and support.

Wish I was closer to you..... I'd have brushed out your hair and brought you floss.

Your favorite ice cream too.

((((((((((((((Dearest Iz))))))))))))))

I'm so sorry for the monstrous setback you've suffered.

What an inspiration you are.

You just keep on kicking butt, girl.

Much love,

Hey Mo2

Sometimes we intuit and can be wrong, but I see him with short-term memory loss, he says, that might be more loss. As long as I have MY wits he can still be Treasurer and not have to do any work, but attend meetings and read reports.

When I didn't show for the meeting and all the cash was in for the Social Tickets.... bills, loonies and toonies (coins require being wrapped for the bank).... as well as brand new Spring Registrations, for me to Deposit and classify, I'll bet his mind went haywire, said "It can't be!!!" about the accident so then disbelieved it. Makes sense the way I know him, as I think about it. BUT, do I have to do ALL???? the thinking, even as to interpret his mind? He and his wife went away (oh yes, he drives) and will likely return on Tuesday and he will have forgotten I quit. Seriously said!

If this is the case, it is sad, but he never ACTS confused, so I, anyway take him as I see him

I guess when I say maybe the older 84 John in hospital, one year younger than Treasurer John, in dementia  swearing and cursing, it could be upsetting for a fellow 84-5 year old. Right?

Nevertheless, I cannot go back. I am up and down here, off my ass, on my ass and some of those long jobs would become iffy--as in time to do my tax return.

Now there is a problem in society that I have not looked into, as my parents were both okay mindwise, at death.

Awwwwwwwwww you are so sweet...sweeter than the ice cream.

I don't want to belabour the pain topic, but I have make every move count, so don't want to be forgetting anything and have to go back for it. At least have a pair of glasses for here and one for bedroom..floss in my desk drawer, even.

I just got up now and one incision is "too" red. I will receive a call tomorrow and hope it is the right one, but it's the one to the side that sits against the arm 'wall' (or would be over the tire, if I put the arm back, as I did for the picture.

Yep! What John did just might be John, unfortunately. I wonder if they can tell that their words hurt? Any comments?

Most hospitals practise good hygiene, don't they? Isn't combing, not just brushing, a requirement with longer hair? I thought I might have to cut out the rats~

Loved your post and thank you. A very neatly worded 'position' on the drugs. Somehow today I picked up the idea that there is a step from the hallway to bedroom, and I can almost picture that step in the house of someone I know! I have moments and try to be choosy. I copied it to have. Thank you?

tt, seasons and lostkitten

Thank you for stopping in with your good wishes, as that goes for all anyhoo!
