Mum,
I'm so sorry to read of your mom's decline and the very sad situation with your niece and sister.  I just lost my mom in early January and had dealt with her Alzheimer's for 4 years prior.  It is very hard to watch them slip away.  

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family as you deal with both of these crisises.
